Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
Lay one flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread half of the marinara sauce evenly over the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
Sprinkle half of the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
Evenly distribute half of the sliced bell peppers, mushrooms, and red onion on top of the cheese.
Season with half the oregano, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes if you want some heat.
Carefully place the tortilla pizza into the air fryer basket and cook for 6-8 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges are slightly crispy.
While the first pizza is cooking, repeat steps 2-6 for the second tortilla pizza.
Once done, remove the first tortilla pizza from the air fryer and let it cool for a minute before garnishing with fresh basil leaves.
Slice into wedges and serve warm. Enjoy your crispy tortilla pizza!
