Instructions
In a pot, bring water to a boil. Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions (about 3-4 minutes). Drain the noodles and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, and chili flakes until well combined.
Add the cooked noodles to the bowl with the sauce and mix thoroughly to coat.
Fold in the cooked chicken (or tofu) and vegetables into the noodle mixture. If desired, stir in sriracha for an extra kick.
Transfer everything to a pan over medium heat, stirring until warmed through, about 2-3 minutes.
Serve the ramen in bowls, topped with chopped green onions and soft-boiled eggs if desired.
