In a separate bowl, combine the powdered sugar and granulated sugar.
Once the cereal is coated, transfer it to a large zip-top bag. Add the sugar mixture and shake gently until all pieces are coated in powdered sugar.
Finally, gently fold in the rainbow sprinkles for a festive crunch.
Spread the puppy chow on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to cool and set.
