Instructions
In a blender, combine the sliced strawberries, softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, and milk.
Add the honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and oats (if using) to the blender.
Include a handful of ice cubes for a refreshing chill.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy, making sure everything is well incorporated.
Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness with more honey or syrup if needed, then blend again briefly to mix.
