Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the honey, Sriracha sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Stir until well combined.
Add the raw cashews to the bowl and toss them in the Sriracha honey mixture until the nuts are evenly coated.
Spread the coated cashews out in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes to ensure they roast evenly and do not burn.
Remove from the oven once they are golden brown and fragrant, and let them cool on the baking sheet before serving.
Notes
The cashews will become crunchier as they cool.
