Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (vanilla flavored)

1 cup granola (your choice, preferably with nuts)

1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced

1 cup blueberries

1 cup raspberries

2 tablespoons honey (optional)

Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Berries: Start by washing all the berries gently under cold water. Hull and slice the strawberries, and set the berries aside to dry on a paper towel.

Layer the Ingredients: Take four serving glasses or bowls. Begin with 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt at the bottom of each glass.

Add Granola: Sprinkle about 2 tablespoons of granola over the yogurt layer in each glass.

Add Berries: Layer the sliced strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries on top of the granola in each glass. Use a mix of all three berries for a colorful presentation.

Repeat Layers: Repeat the layering process (yogurt, granola, and berries) until the glasses are filled, leaving some berries for garnish on top.

Drizzle Honey: If desired, drizzle a little honey over the top layer of berries for added sweetness.

Garnish: Finish off each parfait with a mint leaf for a pop of color and freshness.

                Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 15 minutes | Servings: 4

                  - Presentation Tips: Serve the parfaits immediately for the best texture, and if desired, place them on a wooden or rustic platter with a small bowl of additional honey or granola on the side for guests to add at their leisure.
