Instructions
In a mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
Add the powdered sugar, sour cream, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract to the bowl. Mix until fully combined and fluffy.
Gently fold in the fresh raspberries, being careful not to crush them too much for texture.
Taste the dip; if you prefer it sweeter, add more powdered sugar as desired.
Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. Optional: swirl a few extra raspberries on top for a beautiful presentation.
Serve the dip with graham cracker crumbs, sliced fruits, or pretzel sticks for dipping.
Notes
