4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup Caesar dressing

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.

    In a mixing bowl, combine the Caesar dressing, garlic, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and salt and pepper. Mix well.

      Place the chicken breasts in the baking dish and pour the dressing mixture over them, ensuring they are fully coated.

        In a separate bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese.

          Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the chicken breasts, pressing down gently to adhere.

            Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F / 75°C).

              For an extra crunchy topping, broil the chicken for an additional 2-3 minutes until golden brown.

                Remove from the oven, let it rest for a few minutes, and garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
