Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced strawberries, blueberries, diced pineapple, honeydew melon, diced kiwi, and banana.
In a separate small bowl, whisk together the honey, fresh lime juice, and lime zest until well combined.
Drizzle the honey lime dressing over the fruit mixture and gently toss to coat all the fruits evenly.
Allow the fruit salad to sit for about 10 minutes to let the flavors meld together.
Just before serving, give the salad another gentle toss and transfer to a serving bowl or individual cups.
Garnish with fresh mint leaves for an added burst of flavor and a pop of color.
