In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, chopped onion, minced garlic, black pepper, salt, Worcestershire sauce, and smoked paprika. Mix until well combined.
Form the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs, approximately 1-inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, until fully cooked through and golden.
While the meatballs are baking, prepare the honey BBQ glaze. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the BBQ sauce and honey. Stir well and bring it to a simmer; let it cook for 3-5 minutes until slightly thickened.
Once the meatballs are done baking, remove them from the oven and brush them generously with the honey BBQ glaze.
Return the glazed meatballs to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to caramelize the glaze slightly.
Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
