ripe peaches, halved and pitted

olive oil

fresh mozzarella, sliced

fresh basil leaves

balsamic glaze

Instructions
Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat.
Brush the cut sides of the peach halves with olive oil to prevent sticking.
Place the peaches cut-side down on the grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes, or until grill marks appear and they become slightly softened.
Remove the peaches from the grill and allow them to cool slightly. Once cool enough to handle, slice them into wedges.
On a serving platter, arrange slices of fresh mozzarella and sliced grilled peaches in an alternating pattern.
Scatter fresh basil leaves over the top of the salad.
Drizzle balsamic glaze over the salad for added flavor.
Season with salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste.
Notes
Use ripe peaches for the best flavor.
