Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles along the perforated lines.
Spoon a generous amount of the beef and cheese mixture onto the wider end of each triangle.
Roll the dough tightly around the filling, starting from the wide end and rolling towards the tip. Place seam side down on the prepared baking sheet.
Brush the tops of the rollups with melted butter to enhance flavor and brownness.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a minute before garnishing with fresh parsley.
