Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and season with salt and pepper.
Gently fold in the shredded chicken and chopped jalapeños until well combined.
Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with a little cooking spray or butter.
Pour the chicken mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
Sprinkle the crushed tortilla chips evenly over the top of the casserole.
Place the casserole in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
Once done, allow the casserole to cool for a few minutes before topping with fresh cilantro or chopped green onions.
Notes
Serve directly from the baking dish with lime wedges for an extra zesty touch.
