1
cup
cranberry sauce
1

pinch
sea salt, for sprinkling

fresh parsley
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
On a lightly floured surface, unfold the thawed puff pastry and roll it out gently to smoothen any creases.
Cut the puff pastry into 3-inch squares using a sharp knife or pizza cutter.
Place a small cube of brie cheese in the center of each pastry square.
Spoon about 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce over the cheese.
Sprinkle a pinch of fresh rosemary on top of the cranberry sauce for added flavor.
Fold the corners of each pastry square towards the center, pinching them together to seal the bites.
Brush the top of each puff pastry bite with the beaten egg using a pastry brush.
Sprinkle a little sea salt over the top for extra zest.
Arrange the bites on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are spaced evenly apart.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and puffed up.
Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly on a wire rack.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving for a pop of color.
Notes
Serve warm for the best flavor.
