Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard. Mix well to combine.
Add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and black pepper to the bowl. Stir until the spices are evenly distributed throughout the chicken mixture.
Fold in the chopped green onions, diced pickles, and shredded cheddar cheese until everything is well incorporated.
Taste the mixture and adjust seasoning if necessary, adding more spices, pickles, or cheese based on your preference.
Prepare your lettuce leaves by rinsing them under cold water and patting them dry with a paper towel.
To assemble the wraps, take a lettuce leaf and spoon a generous portion of the chicken salad mixture into the leaf.
If desired, top with diced tomatoes and avocado for extra flavor and texture.
