Combine Ingredients: Add the pretzel sticks to the melted chocolate, and gently fold to coat all pretzels in chocolate. Make sure they're evenly covered!
Spread the Mixture: Using a spatula, spread the chocolate-covered pretzel mixture evenly onto the parchment-lined baking sheet. Make sure it’s in a thin, even layer (about 1/4 inch thick).
Melt the White Chocolate: In another microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in the same manner as the semi-sweet chocolate until smooth and melted.
Drizzle White Chocolate: Once melted, use a spoon or a piping bag to drizzle the white chocolate over the pretzel mixture in a crisscross pattern.
Add Toppings: Immediately sprinkle the chopped nuts and optional colorful sprinkles over the melted chocolates. Press them lightly to ensure they stick.
Sprinkle Sea Salt: Lightly sprinkle sea salt over the top for that perfect sweet-salty balance.
Set the Bark: Place the baking sheet in the fridge for about 30-45 minutes, or until the chocolate is fully set and firm.
Break and Serve: Once set, remove from the fridge and break into pieces. Serve immediately, or store in an airtight container at room temperature.
