Ingredients

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 tablespoon olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup fresh spinach, chopped

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

4 large tortilla wraps

2 tablespoons sour cream (optional)

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with the minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Allow them to marinate for about 15 minutes for enhanced flavor.

Cook the Chicken: Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, until cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F). Remove from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes.

Shred the Chicken: Once the chicken has cooled slightly, shred it into bite-sized pieces using two forks.

Mix the Filling: In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, chopped spinach, and cherry tomatoes. Mix well to coat all the ingredients.

Assemble the Wraps: Lay each tortilla wrap flat on a clean surface. Place a generous amount of the chicken filling in the center of each tortilla.

Roll the Wraps: Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll from the bottom up to create a snug wrap.

Toast the Wraps (optional): If you prefer a warm, crispy exterior, heat a panini press or a skillet. Place the wraps seam-side down and toast for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.

Serve: Slice the wraps in half, arrange them on a plate, and drizzle with sour cream, if desired. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley for extra flavor and a pop of color.
