Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended and creamy.
Fold in the halved cherry tomatoes, chopped basil, and grated Parmesan cheese into the cream cheese mixture.
Transfer the dip mixture into an oven-safe baking dish, spreading it evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the top is lightly golden.
Once out of the oven, drizzle with balsamic glaze for a flavorful finishing touch.
Serve warm with tortilla chips or toasted baguette slices for dipping.
