apple cider vinegar

Worcestershire sauce

hot sauce (preferably Louisiana-style)

smoked paprika

teaspoon
garlic powder

teaspoon
onion powder

Cajun seasoning
to taste
salt and pepper

green onions, finely chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, and lemon juice. Stir until smooth.
Add the Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce to the mixture, blending well to incorporate all the flavors.
Sprinkle in the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and Cajun seasoning. Mix everything until fully combined.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust the spiciness by adding more hot sauce if desired.
Refrigerate the remoulade sauce for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
Before serving, give the sauce a good stir and sprinkle the chopped green onions on top for garnish.
