Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy removal after baking.
Spread the pretzel sticks evenly across the lined baking sheet.
In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter and butterscotch chips together, stirring constantly until smooth and fully combined.
Once melted, remove the saucepan from heat and pour the butterscotch mixture evenly over the pretzel sticks, making sure to cover them well.
Use a spatula to spread the mixture if needed to ensure even coverage.
Sprinkle the semi-sweet chocolate chips over the top of the butterscotch-covered pretzels.
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 5-7 minutes, until the chocolate chips are soft and slightly melted.
Remove from the oven and immediately use a spatula to spread the melted chocolate chips evenly over the bark.
If desired, sprinkle crushed pecans or walnuts over the melted chocolate for added crunch and flavor.
Finish by sprinkling a little sea salt over the entire surface for a delightful sweet and salty contrast.
Allow the bark to cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes, then refrigerate to set for at least 1 hour.
Once set, break the bark into pieces and enjoy!
