In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cooked rice, black beans, corn, half of the cheese, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Take one tortilla and place about a cup of the chicken mixture in the center. Fold in the sides and roll it up tightly to form a burrito. Repeat this process for the remaining tortillas.
Spread half of the green chili sauce on the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Place the burritos seam-side down in the dish. Once all burritos are in the dish, pour the remaining green chili sauce over the top and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and slightly golden.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.

Serve hot with extra green chili sauce on the side for dipping.
