While the shrimp are cooking, warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave until pliable.
To assemble the tacos, place a generous spoonful of the cooked shrimp on each tortilla. Top with shredded red cabbage, sliced avocado, and a sprinkle of fresh cilantro.
Drizzle with additional lime juice if desired and serve with lime wedges on the side.
