You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to host, display, modify, and distribute your User Content in connection with operating the Site.
You warrant that you own or have the right to post such User Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or laws.
We may remove User Content at our discretion.
7. Prohibited Conduct

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts located in Washington County, Oregon for any dispute not subject to arbitration (see §15).
15. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Before filing a lawsuit, please contact us to attempt an informal resolution. If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Hillsboro, Oregon under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except disputes that qualify for small-claims court.
16. Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement: These Terms—together with referenced policies—constitute the entire agreement between us.
Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not waive future enforcement.
